ACTING APPOINTMENT

Her Excellency the Governor, after consultation with the
Acting Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mark Diel
Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matters:
- 2023 No. 86 civ. DV Bermuda Limited v Andre Thomas (T/A Cynthia’s Rest Home)
