THE COURT OF APPEAL
In exercise of the powers conferred on her by Section 77 of the Constitution of Bermuda, Her Excellency the Governor has been pleased to reappoint the Hon Mr Justice Anthony Smellie KC with effect from 4 June 2024 until 31 December 2027 and the Hon Geoffrey R Bell with effect from 1 January 2025 until 31 December 2025 as members of the Court of Appeal
